Fix dead tubular lamp ESL

Circuit diagram ESL

1. Check 10uF/400v capacitor filter near bridge diode, sweel or rupture capacitor because of long time usage 
2. Check  2.2 - 10 ohm resistor, joining with transistor emiter
3. Check 15 - 20 ohm resistor, joining with transistor basis  
4. Check  MJE 13003transistor. 
5. Replace  3.9nF - 4 nF / 1200v tantalum type capacitor .
